Project Officer HR

Seeking an experienced Project Officer HR, With public sector experience, 

Main Purpose of the Job:

 To project manage the introduction of new learning and development actions for Adult Social Care (ASC) from the Workforce Development Plan.

To work with the Senior Project Officer to ensure the delivery and implementation of a fit-for-purpose training programme for the clients workforce in Havering.

To provide information and advice on issues relating to workforce development around the adult social care Transformation Agenda.

 Excellent inter-personal skills and an ability to form and maintain good working relationships.

 Good ICT skills, including knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Knowledge

 Sound knowledge of the adult social care Transformation Agenda national aims/objectives.

 Knowledge of workforce development issues relevant to organisational change management.

 Knowledge and understanding of ICT in delivering and monitoring learning and development services.

Qualifications

Relevant degree level qualification (e.g. social care subject, HR or training, such as GradCIPD, BPS) or equivalent level of competency as relevant to the requirements of the role.

Proven commitment to Professional Development.

GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English (Grade C minimum).
