Project Manager required to oversee all construction aspects of a large hotel development in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
Main duties will be to monitor performance of main and sub contractors in order to ensure that the project is completed to time frame, budget and quality standards.
Person Specification
Must be a degree qualified Civil Engineer.
Must be a construction Project Manager.
Must be able to work in Saudi Arabia.
Must be in a position to mobilize quickly due to urgency of role.
Must be an Arabic speaker.
Must possess a proven track record in managing the construction of hotels.
