Job Description
For this role, you will work with COO to ensure timelines and resources in place to deliver company’s Change Plan. You will responsible for drafting a monthly change report, designing process improvement on difference type of projects include but not limited in product development, services improvement, solvency II, operation re-engineering etc. In addition, you will manage the completion of individual projects with agreed specification and scope, perform an analysis and propose recommendations on specific business problems and risk issue to all relevant parties.
For this role, you will be responsible for a number of duties:
• Degree holder with Six Sigma or PMP will be an asset
• Circa 8 years working experience in operation/ middle office within life insurance industry
• Hands on experience in insurance operation, policy administration and project management
• Strong knowledge in regulatory requirements of life and investment linked products are preferred
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Good communication, presentation skills and able to work under pressure are essential to this position.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• A good team player with ability in building relationship with all channels and levels
