My client is currently seeking a proven iGaming Project Manager with strong capabilities working within working in fast-paced online gaming development environments, covering the full development life cycle. The Role


My client is currently experiencing a high number of concurrent projects varying from: completely new product development, ongoing enhancements to existing offerings, and infrastructure deployments and upgrades. They need a Project Manager with a ‘can do attitude’ who will step up to the mark to juggle and perform within these three core areas!


Your projects will vary in complexity and duration, from simple one week ventures, to highly complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems, vendors and development teams.


The majority of the projects are B2B, so you will be dealing with customers and must be able to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with third parties.


Tasks and responsibilities



  • Managing a range of full project lifecycle Projects
  • Providing initialvalidation of incoming project requests, distinguishing those requiring further information and facilitating this with stakeholders and key management.
  • Attend regular meetings with department heads and senior management to determine project priorities and communicate issues & risks with current projects.
  • Creation and daily update of accurate project GANTT’s/Plans.
  • Upkeep of tasks and issues within a web-based project management tool
  • Weekly reporting of project progress, risks and issues
  • Day to day communication with internal & external development teams, IT Operations, account management and direct with stakeholders where applicable
  • Where appropriate, technical account management for customer integration issues
  • Provide assistance and recommendations to constantly improve internal process methodologies

Essential Skills & Capabilities



  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities across a variety of levels


  • Excellent knowledge of working with MS Project
  • Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE 2 or other Project Management methodologies

Desirable Skills & Capabilities



  • Relevant technical background in web technologies or background in business analysis.
  • Experience using web based task management and resource allocation tools such as JIRA.
  • Previous experience in working in Online Gaming, Telco or for a Software development company
