Due to team expansion, this successful global organisation is looking for a suitable and enthusiastic Project Manager with the experience to lead BAU/ Change release programme. The successful Project Manager should have experience in managing a Change release focused development team and knowledge of a change release management methodology.

The Project Manager will ensure the delivery of the change programme by driving the solution through the full project lifecycle. The right candidate will have the ability to analyse business requirements and in conjunction with the technical teams and propose a robust technical solution. You will ensure effective delivery of all objectives with a specific emphasis on IT system development projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To help define Change Management processes and procedures and ensure adoption across IT and business teams.

• Identify potential risks and issues and lead discussion to mitigate or address the concerns.

• Evaluate Impact Assessments and question change owners on Implementation and UAT steps.

• Work with Project teams to integrate Change Management steps into the overall Project plan.

• To be responsible for all preparation for the organisations weekly/monthly reporting cycles and communications to the business with regards to IT planed changes.

• Translate technical Impact assessments into non-technical accounts for business users.

• Produce reports for Senior Management on both successful and unsuccessful implementations.

• To work closely with support teams to keep change requests up-to-date and accurate in order to feed the Forward Schedule of Change.

• To continuously evaluate the existing processes and procedures to ensure that change management is being carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience and Knowledge of Change Management principles and methodologies

• Experience and Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies (Prince 2)

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

• Able to work and communicate with people at all levels within an organisation.

• Strong analytic and decision making skills.

• Ability to work with others closely and as part of a team.

• Ability to liaise with others and move towards a common vision and goal.

• Experience with large-scale organisations Change Management.

Skills, Knowledge and Personal Attributes:

• The ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing using appropriate language.

• Best practice Change Management processes.

• Excellent inter-personal and administration skills
