Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Project Director, you will need to oversee large-scale mixed use projects in PRC. Responsible for managing the full spectrum of Design, Project Management and Financial Planning throughout the whole process. To lead the entire project teams for the execution of the financial control for the projects and time frame as well as to work with related Government Departments and Local Authorities.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you are required to have a degree holder or above in Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, Surveying or related disciplines. Minimum of 15 years of related experience. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; experience in leading multiple projects and PRC experience is a must.
