Organisation Description
A manufacturer of Bolt tensioner products; based in the Walsall area are looking to recruit an experienced Project Design Engineer.
The main objective of the role will be to develop technical product solutions to suit customer enquiries.
Job Description
Creat and maintain part, assembly, and general arrangement drawings using Pro- Engineer (CAD)
CArry out feasibility studies, application checks, reviews and calculations for project solutions.
Provide quotations and manage costs
Interface with customers/distributors and suppliers to meet project objectives
Resolve technical issues
Person Specification
Ideally candidates will have been educated to degree level, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Experience of using Pro-Engineer
Familiar with FEA (Ideally Pro- Mechanica)
Familiar with High Pressure Hydraulics would be an advantage
Have a mathematical aptitude
Have strong analytical Skills and be willing to take ownership of projects.
