The Biotechnology Division supports the drug development process through to market release, for large molecule biopharmaceuticals including vaccines, cytokines, growth factors, gene therapy vectors, clotting factors and antibodies. Job Description

Project Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the administrative activities required to support the conduct of studies within the Biotechnology Division. A key element of this post is to ensure compliant working practices with appropriate company standards and regulatory guidelines (GLP/GCP/GMP), working in a timely, efficient and quality orientated manner. Another significant aspect of this post is to work closely with the Project Managers providing support in the tracking, running and maintenance of projects.

Essential Requirements

Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, as they will be expected to liaise extensively with colleagues and clients on a regular basis.

Ideally successful candidates will have worked in a regulatory environment previously and possess a good life science’s understanding. 

Key Skills

In depth understanding, and practical knowledge, in the use of Microsoft Office applications as there will be direct involvement in the generation of scientific reports, documents and data presentations. Candidates must have the ability to work to a high standard under pressure to meet deadlines, have good organisational skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to manage own workload and be able to work effectively in a team. Candidates should ideally have a relevant life sciences degree and have a working knowledge of GMP/GLP/GCP regulations.
