Job Description

This role provides general administration support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the provision of clinical supplies services.
Main duties
*Creation of study specific documentation
*Gathering of study information from clients
*Collation and organisation of information from various sources
*Printing & compilation of documentation
*Organisation of study filing
*Ordering of components through purchasing and tracking of material availability to ensure production scheduling
*Management  of expired materials for re-labelling
*Creation of production documentation
*Creation of orders
*General administration

Person Specification

You will be well organised with good admin skills, and have GCSE or equivalent in Maths or English.
Ideal skills
* you will have experience of working within an office
*Ability to multi task
*Capable of using initiative 
*Good IT skills
*Numerate
*Good interpersonal skills
