Job Description
The Ideal candidate will:
• Have a good standard of General Education, degree level or equivalent qualification
• Advanced use of Microsoft Access in particular and high level of ability with other standard office systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written form) with different audiences/sections
• Ability to analyse and record and interpret a range of information, both numeric and text
Our client is looking for someone to:
• Support the development of programme and project management through improvement of an effective project monitoring database.
• Maintain a current, effective project monitoring database.
• Support the population of the database and prepare and coordinate its distribution.
• Make use of the information it contains to enable more informed decisions at programme board and by project managers.
