This well respected and ever growing Brighton employer has established the need for an excellent senior production / programme manager to take on responsibility of the smooth running of a variety of projects and business areas. The departments you will be taking care of in this role include Software Development, Software Production, Software Deployment and Software Testing
As such it is essential that you have considerable experience of working in the capacity of a project / programme manager within an agile environment, as well as possessing strong abilities in the following skills:
- Control of departmental/business output
- Managing and delegating work to cross-functional teams
- Ensuring that statements of work and solution designs from technical and sales teams are ready for production to cost, plan and resource
- Team coordination / organisation
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Production of new toolkits
- Performance appraisals
- Manage staff resources and recruitment in accordance with HR
- Budgetary control for company and customer
- Very effective communication and presentation skills
