Manpower is currently recruiting for a Programme Manager for our client who is a leading provider in training and recruitment.
Offering a competitive salary up to £27,500, pension scheme, business mileage and 25 days holiday. Your main duties and responsibilities will be to manage specific programmes in terms of resources, operations, activities and systems in accordance with contracts. You will achieve results in terms of quality, performance and financial contribution.
As a Programme Manager, you will
- Liaise closely with Operations Manager to ensure programmes are being managed effectively and to ensure contract compliance
- Ensure best practice is developed and shared across the contracts
- Maintain a detailed overview and influence on contract performance in terms of starts, retention, outputs and achievement rates
- Ensure all reports, process documentation, provider claims and MI are completed within agreed timescales
- Organise meetings and attend meetings when required
- Provide line management support to all staff and manage the day to day working environment
Experience in a management position, managing staff and performance and able to work towards sales targets is essential for this role. A background in training/recruitment would be an advantage.
