Job Description
An exciting opportunity has a rised with my local Cannock client for an expereince team manager from a Manufacturing background.
The role:
The Production Supervisor will be working in a clean warehouse environment, responsible for a team of 24 Production staff.
Main Duties:
- Ensuring all quality and hygiene standards are met
- Maintaining and monitoring all stock levels
- Managing and developing all team members
- Attending team meetings and handovers with other shifts
- Ensuring all PPE is worn
- H&S
- People management
- Training, reviews and disciplinary
Person Specification
You will be from a clean manufacturing background and have hands on team leader / supervisory experience.
Immediate start.
Hours: 2-10pm Shift
