Working for a global manufacturer of building materials you will lead and develop your team through leading from the front. You will have full responsibility for your own business unit and have full autonomy within your area.
The plant runs a continuous 4 shift working pattern and so therefore applicants must be willing for work shifts.
Applicants must be Degree educated and possess current experience of managing a manufacturing team along with the ability to manage a high volume production process.
You must be results driven and always aiming to deliver. The successful applicant will also be able to travel and work internationally as this is a requirement for this role. Excellent salary package which includes a shift allowance plus excellent development opportunities.
