Production Manager

With manufacturing sites in the UK, Europe and the USA my client develops, manufactures and supplies high performance materials for a wide variety of fascinating but demanding customers which include super-automotive (including F1); world-class sport; marine; green energy and advanced aerospace.

It provides its partners and customers with innovative technologically advanced products for complex applications to meet, globally, the highest technical specifications and delivery schedules.

Continued growth and reorganisation has resulted in significant on-going investment in, and the modernisation of, their plant and processes.

We are now seeking to recruit an ambitious high calibre individual to lead one of the production units in their Derbyshire plant.

Is this you:

• Production Management background
• From a manufacturing background
• A graduate or of similar educational calibre
• A "from the front" people leader
• A change manager with a practical no-nonsense approach to working under pressure to exacting customer expectations of a high value product.

It is quite probable your background will be in a different area altogether your skills and experience are about the effective leadership of people and processes regardless of the product
