My client is fantastic publishing company base din the centre of Bath.
Job Description
This role will support the Project Manager on the administrative duties that are involved in the development of new products.
You will work closely with the publishing team to bring the different development processes of books and their components together along a development schedule that you have created and own.
Essentially, you will be coordinating the production timelines of both the books and their additional components to ensure the final products are completed on time and at the same time.
Person Specification
The successful candidate MUST have experience in ALL of the following duties:
- Project management of new products with multiple components.
- Ensuring products are delivered on time to the agreed specification.
- Creating and managing development schedules for gift and/or books.
- Exceptionally good communication skills.
- Working with sourcing teams abroad to develop the complete finished product.
- Identify and setting up new procedures where they are missing and are required.
- Creating and completing New Product Briefs for each project in development.
