They are looking for a Process Operations Manager, offering the opportunity to manage quality, operational process, compliance and continuous improvement within a busy logistics operation.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a great opportunity to champion and manage stock integrity, accuracy, one best way and a continuous improvement culture change programme. The purpose of this role is to lead and maximise on the benefits of efficiency, service and compliance.

- Responsible for driving operational process compliance; for the planning; project management and execution of operational change within the depot.
- Responsible for the management of continuous improvement throughout the operation.
- Responsible for stock integrity and store accuracy.
- Understand the depot business plan and provide a process/system implementation strategy to deliver in line with the 4 quadrants
- Design and shape a depot process/system plan and project work in the warehouse, Transport; general office that captures implementation and continuous improvement
- To produce implementation plans to execute change at pace ensuring that all colleagues are taken with you.
- Liaise with network Ops Managers to plan and review programme of change activity.
- Responsible for stock integrity and store accuracy and challenge to provide world class behaviours and therefore statistics.
- Manage the PI Manager, and ensure that talent is grown for succession purposes.
