The company is looking to hire a process engineer for their global sweets business. the responsibilities of the role will cover the development, quality improvement, and cost reduction of the manufacturing process.
Reporting to the Global Technical Process Manager based in Singapore, you will oversee the technical assessment of new processes, designing and performing experiments to satisfy objectives of the projects. You will also be involved in conducting pilot scale and production trials, commercializing products at manufacturing sites, developing and communicating time lines to put action plans in place.
Person Specification
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will be a graduate in chemical engineering, food engineering or Mechanical Engineering. You will also need to have a minimum of 4 years of process development experience working preferable within the food manufacturing industry. You will also be expected to have strong interpersonal, project management skills with an innovative mindset.
