The Role
The Pensions Service Delivery Process Analyst will be responsible for analysing existing and implement new business processes. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining procedural documents and provide a range of reports and MI to senior business leaders, working closed across all departments to ensure buy in and the smooth implementation of changes to processes.
The Person
Currently working within Financial services with an understanding of the pensions market you will possess strong analytical and business processing re-engineering skills and a working understanding of Minitab and Cognos systems. You will also be able to demonstrate project management skills and a working understanding of Six Sigma and Lean process methodologies.
