Our client, worldwide leader in its sector, has opened up a position of Process and Change Manager. This is great opportunity for experienced candidates to join and help them to build up the business here. For this client, we are currently searching for the top candidate.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will be:

- To manage and coordinate processes (various departments)
- Regular reporting, drafting plans, prepare actions plans
- To communicate all relevant information across the company
- To report status and suggest process improvements
- Knowledge and document management
- Recruitment, coaching teams
- Relationship management with several company teams, stakeholders

Person Specification

Requirements:
- University / College education
- Accounting and finance background/knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (from SSC would be ideal)
- To bee flexible in a changing work environment, matrix organization
- Fluent in English
