I have an exciting opportunity for a Problem Analyst to join a market-leading Professional Services Company in their Leeds office.

As a Problem Analyst you will be part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for the management of Problem investigations from start to finish by facilitating root cause investigations and managing the implementation of corrective and preventative measures. You will be expected to manage client and internal escalations and drive resolution and preventative measures, and will have a strong proven background in application /technical fault resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysis and reporting of incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes.
  • Production of statistics and reports to demonstrate where possible repeat incidents are occurring across the organisation and manage issues through to resolution.
  • Diagnosis of faults and determining whether new incidents are related to known errors or existing problem records.
  • Facilitating and coordinating meetings.
  • Leading and facilitating post mortem investigations resulting from escalations.
  • Managing root cause analysis between teams
  • Initiating actions to fix interruptions to service caused by errors/faults both software and configuration items
  • Production of statistics and reports to demonstrate performance of the Problem Management process.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a strong problem solver and will already be a Problem Analyst, or a very experienced Support Analyst or Team Leader looking to make the next step up on your career.
