They are passionate about their clients and how best to serve their interests.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Equity Associate to join our clients` team in London. The successful candidate will handle a mixed caseload of Private Equity transactions such as Public to Privates, LBOs, MBOs and Auction Sales. They will also play an active role in Business Development activities. Within this the role-holder will draft legal advice for clients, lead and negotiate transactions with minimal supervision, supervise junior team members and adopt a largely client-facing role.
About You
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3 -4 years PQE in Private Equity transactions.
You must be able to build and develop lasting client relationships.
You must have excellent client care and communication skills.
You must be a team player an able to supervise and develop junior members of the team.
You must have excellent academics.
You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage conflicting schedules in order to meet deadlines.
You will have a detail-orientated approach.
You must have at least 3 years Private Equity transactional experience.
