This prestigious British style school requires a fully qualified Primary ICT Coordinator from September 2013. This is a hugely exciting role within the school as the school is embarking on a brand new iPad project.
It is envisaged that students in KS1 will have a number of ipads to share , whilst students from Year 4 upwards will receive their own ipads to use during the course of the school day. The successful applicant will work alongside the secondary school ICT Coordinator as well as the Early Years and Primary coordinators to design and implement this project.
The successful Primary ICT Coordinator will also have a teaching load of 18 hours per week teaching ICT across the primary school in addition to the development role.
Candidate Profile
*4 year BA/BSc degree or equivalent related to Technology & Education
*Fully qualified Primary Teacher
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Primary Teaching
*Excellent classroom management skills
*Ability to supervise and lead a small team
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage different projects simultaneously
*Full command of the main technological operating systems
*A good knowledge and experience of technology in education and digital learning environments
* A good command of Spanish would be appreciated
