We are currently working with an independent Fostering organisation, who is looking to recruit a Principal Social Worker.
The role involves taking a leadership role in the team and providing supervision, support and training to Social Workers to ensure that high quality practice is acheived.
You will also be expected to carry a small caseload.
You will have at least 4 years experience as a qualified Social Worker, along with previous experience as a Supervising Social Worker within Family Placement.
