Our client has both Permanent and Contract roles available within Senior and Principal Pensions Administration.
The Role:
- To work as part of a team providing an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for defined / complex member events. You will report to the Team Manager.
- Perform complex pensions calculations, enter pensions data and answer complex enquiries to the required standard using automated and non-automated manual/system processes across a wide range of member events
- Undertake checking activity as required to support team members
- To promptly and professionally communicate with clients and scheme members on complex queries as required by letter, e-mail and telephone
- Action work in accordance with workflow standards
- To be flexible and adaptable to work demands as advised by the team manager.
- Provide support and guidance for other team members
Skills/Experience
- QPA/DPC professional qualification achieved or significant progress made and / or proven demonstrable experience in pensions administration at the required technical and behavioural competency level
- Relevant Pensions experience
- Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow processes
- Computer literate
