Organisation Description

Our client is a fast growing FMCG business who has a strong portfolio of FMCG brands with quality products. They are currently recruiting for one of the fastest growing segments of the Company with double-digit growth. Currently, they are looking for a Principal Design Manager, Asia to lead visual identity for the brands in India, China, and Asia region. Create identities for new regional brands and deliver packaging and in-store design that wins with shoppers.

Job Description

You will collaborate with multi-functional partners in Marketing, R&D, Product Supply, and other functions. Leverage Design agency partnerships to deliver winning design, understand retail environment and shoppers in each geography in region and finally, manage timelines and budgets.

Person Specification

As the right candidate,

You should have a Design Degree such as Brand Identity/Graphic Design or Industrial Design Portfolio. You will have experience leading the visual identity for a global consumer brand, evaluating and present design work to senior management. You should have demonstrated collaboration skills, proven ability to lead and influence both internally and externally. As this is largely a brand identity role, the ability to bridge to industrial design work is an advantage for package structures and in-store display units
