Pricing Analyst - Home Insurance

Barker Munro are pleased to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing insurance brands who are ever evolving and who are currently looking to add a Pricing Analyst to their home insurance team.

Working in one of the UK's best known insurers, you will be involved in ensuring profit and growth on all household accounts looking at tactical responses to the market in respect of retail prices, using the latest, most innovative pricing techniques.

What do you need to succeed? Well, essentially you will possess excellent numerical mathematical skills. Also required will be a degree or equivalent in a mathematics related discipline and also have a detailed understanding of appropriate statistical techniques for insurance risk analysis. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Visual Basic, SAS, Emblem and Optimiser is also required.
