Pre Sales Support Engineer

Our client is a global organisation based in Haverhill, Suffolk. We are now looking to recruit, on their behalf, an exceptional Pre Sales Support Engineer to provide sales support engineering to sales in the MEA region.

Specialising with technical assistance, presentations and integration projects across that particular region, this is a challenging and exciting prospect for the chosen candidate to further their career.

As well as responding to customer enquiries, you will be responsible for assisting with installations and configuration of products; consulting with various global teams; participating in resolving bug fixes; providing on-site technical training and support across the middle east and participating in integration projects for both hardware and software components.

The successful applicant will ideally be educated to degree standard in a Computer Science discipline and will preferably come from the Physical Access Control/Secure Card industry.

Experience of the PACS segment (cards and readers) would be highly advantageous.

You will be required to travel quite frequently to the Middle East.
