They are now looking for the PRC Property Manager to join their Property Management Team to oversee the leasing and daily operations of their commercial complex.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a PRC Property Manager, your main responsibility is to manage the leasing administration and property management of the centre. Negotiation with prospective tenants on leasing terms and conditions is required. You will be advising on the design of new commercial developments. Set up property management office during pre-opening stage of new developments is also required.
Requirements:
To be qualified for this role you will be degree holder in Property related disciplines with at least 8 years' relevant experience in leasing or property management in first class office or retail developments. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must. Based in China (Qingdao) is required.
