Practice Nurse - Learning disabilities - Luton
Swim Nursing Team are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse with experience of working with patients with learning disabilities. You will be assisting GPs to carry out health checks with patients in their practices with a learning disability. This is a temporary full-time post to start ASAP.
You must have the following:
• Registered Nurse with Valid NMC registration
• Have a current CRB and provide us with all request documents ASAP!
• Experience of working with patients with learning disabilities
