Oasis is currently recruiting for Practice Managers in various locations that are flexible to work at different sites in their area.

The Role

The main purpose of the role is to maximise income and profit of the practice through targeted business development and effective coaching and performance management of the practice team, as well as to ensure professional operational standards and excellence in customer care are implemented and maintained within the practice.

Key Accountabilities and Experience

• Coach, lead and develop a team
• Monitor KPIs and support clinicians to achieve targets
• Ensure full compliance with all legislative requirements
• Review, monitor and analyse the P&L to achieve targets
• Develop and maintain third party relationships
• Promote the Oasis brand within the local market
• Provide information to the Area Manager and Support Centre Functions
• Effectively manage the recruitment and selection of appropriate practice staff
• Implement actions arising from Practice Audits and Appraisals
• Coach, mentor and support practice employees
• Resolve any patient issues.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience of managing multi-functional teams essential
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Ability to manage budgets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent influencing and leadership skills
• Computer literate: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
