Working in a busy and friendly contact centre environment, you will deal with customers answering letters regarding the payment protection insurance. This is an inbound role where you focus on the quality of service given to customers not targets.
There is a strong possibility that you may go on to a fixed term contract.
It is essential that you are able to empathise with customers and genuinely care about the service you provide. Previous experience in financial services is preferable. You must be able to commit to a rolling shift pattern that will include evenings and weekends.
