PHP Web Developer - Middleweight to Senior Level
Our Cambridgshire based client has a rapidly growing digital department and they are seeking a talented, motivated, web developer to join their digital team.
Essentialy you will be comfortable working with PHP frameworks including although not exclusive to the following; Concrete5, Codeigniter, Zend, Modx. They also require you to be experienced in working with object-orientated programming and the Model View Controller (MVC) development model.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of competency in the following:
• PHP & MySQL
• Object orientated programming knowledge
• (X)HTML / CSS / AJAX
• Be able to create valid semantic code
• Industry standard applications such as Adobe suite, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
Desirable skills:
• Experience of Concrete 5 framework is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of mobile development (RIM, IOS and Andriod) would be beneficial
You’ll also need to be proficient with the Microsoft Windows platform.
Working here you’ll be with an existing team of highly talented Web Designers and Developers. You will be required to liaise closely with the Account Managers and Project Managers on a daily basis. You’ll have a pro-active approach and not be afraid to consider the near impossible and look for a solution.
This position will involve working on high profile brands and the latest technology.
