My Client a leader in Procurement services and the Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for is looking for a a PHP Software Developer who can who can hit the ground running to join their software development team.

The ideal candidate must be a good team player who has good PHP OO design skills, a working knowledge of Zend Framework, Design Patterns and very good SQL.  A commitment to high quality software engineering and a belief in agile processes, in particular TDD, is essential.

The successful candidate will be working on existing applications and new functionality builds.

Core skill set to include:

  • Zend Framework
  • PHP
  • PHPUnit
  • MySQL
  • JQuery
  • NIX operating systems
  • UML 

Desirable skills

  • Eclipse
  • BASH/Shell scripting
  • XML, XLST
