PHP Developer

Our client is a national digital agency with their head offices based in Liverpool. Due to continued success and expansion, they are searching for a competent PHP Developer to join their award winning development team.

The role of PHP Developer involves working with major UK clients in order to increase their online profile. This primarily involves writing, working on and developing existing content management systems using PHP and MySQL. In addition to this you will be working with XHTML, CSS, Javascript and XML.

Competencies Include:

-       Object oriented programming skills with PHP 5

-       Experience building applications in MVC frameworks such as Symphony, Zend or CakePHP

-       In depth experience using SQL and the MySQL database server

The ideal PHP Developer candidate will have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience of working either in an agency environment, or on multiple projects, which have been successfully completed.
