PHP Software Engineer/web developer

We urgently require a php software engineer/web developer with an excellent knowledge of OO PHP for.

They specialise in Enterprise Web Development,. They are also partners of Zend Technologies.  If you want to accelerate you career development there is no better place to show your passion for Web Development.

Skills required

• You have a first class working knowledge of PHP and web application development. And 2/3 years of demonstrable commercial experience
• a self-starting OOP coder with ambition
•  We need a minimum of two years commercial experience in PHP development and preferably a good computer science related degree.
• More importantly, you have an aspiration to become a high-level consultant and/or developer in this area, and a drive to be challenged and to expand your skills.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are a strong team player, and have good communication skills.
• You have solid experience implementing PHP applications, and an interest in and awareness of best practices in software development.
• You are able to regularly commute to our new office in central London and/or to client locations, and you are eligible to work in the UK.

Zend and/or MySQL certifications are preferred, but not required. OOP php excellence is what we need.

However, we do require all new employees to become Zend Certified Engineers. *(at our expense)

You will also have the opportunity to learn other skills such as Magento E commerce solution
