Phones 4u @ Currys & PC World - General Store Manager Designate

Basic Salary up to £19,000 + Bonus (OTE £35,000)

As an important member of our General Store Management team you will have the opportunity to work within some of the most up to date retail environments, part of a larger team

Responsible for managing and developing your own team to the highest professional standards you will enjoy driving sales to hit store targets whilst ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with our business processes. You will have great influencing and relationship building skills after all you and your team will be ambassadors for Phones4u.

Your previous experience in people management preferably in a sales or target driven environment; together with a real interest in our exciting and evolving range of innovative products, supported with professional training and development through our award winning training academy is a recipe for success.
