Pharmaceutical Production Manager

ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head of Site, the Production Manager will manage the total process from receipt of orders through to execution and despatch, including manufacturing, filling and packaging as well as engineering, whilst adhering to regulatory and Health & Safety guidelines and procedures

Duties and responsibilities are comprehensive and varied providing stimulation and challenge to the ideal candidate, who will be well used to managing a sophisticated environment including people and processes and well as comfortable dealing directly with customers, suppliers of materials and services as well as audits by regulatory authorities and in liaising with local professional colleagues and those at other group locations

REQUIREMENT

Preferably a degree qualified, experienced Production Manager, from within the UK Pharmaceutical or closely related sector eg Personal Care.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a positive personality with the drive and enthusiasm to undertake and develop the role

REWARD

Basic salary of circa £35K, subject to qualifications and experience, with a complimentary benefits package
