Our client, a very well known company within the automotive field, is currently searching for a HR/PAYROLL SPECIALIST for their branch in Mladá Boleslav. This is an international organisation with many years of operational experience and market leading position (within majority of their products).
Job Description
Main responsibilities will cover HR support for manufacturing plant in Mladá Boleslav (reporting to HR Manager based in another location within the Czech republic) - recruitment, personnel administration, Health&Safety, internal policies, labour law consultancy, certifications. At the same time will be selected candidate responsible for payroll calculation (wage calculation, attendance, bonuses, personnel files and communication with authorities, agenda for about 150 employees).

Person Specification
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR department from international company (production/manufacturing company prefered) min. 1 year - recruitment, personnel administration, very good labour law knowledge, internal policies, Health&Safety agenda, payroll data...
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Nugget, PowerKey
- Advanced of English (plus German would be advantage), fluent Czech/Slovak
- Independent, flexible, analytical thinker, excellent communication skills, assertivity
- Driving licence B
