Job Description

Our client, a leading Insurance Company based in Worcester are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key accountabilities: 

1. To develop the personal lines account – existing & new business
2. To provide a high standard of service to clients
3. Renewal retention
4. To administer the business including credit control, file discipline and the accurate maintenance of client information
5. Give advice on placement of risk, risk management and claims (if applicable)
6. To achieve personal and team targets
7. To take an active role in Divisional projects when required
8. To work with the compliance team to ensure that team activities are compliant at all times

Person Specification

Must have experience within insurance Sales

Key technical skills and experience: 

1. Excellent planning and organisational skills
2. Experience of UK personal lines market
3. Comfortable user of Word, Excel, Outlook and Sirius
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Professional, conscientious and adaptable team player
6. Excellent telephone manner

Full Time 
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:00pm & 1 in 2 Saturdays- 08:45am- 12:00pm
Salary: Up to £15k
