Organisation Description
My client is a leading provincial broker, based in West Sussex. They are currently looking for a Personal Lines Advisor to join their successful team.
Job Description
On a daily basis you’ll be handling personal lines business, such as home and motor. This is a servicing role, so you’ll be dealing with mid-term adjustments and renewals.
Part of the role involves objection handling, if it looks like the client may be moving to a different broker.
You’ll need to have first class communication skills and an ability to negotiate with clients and underwriters alike.
Please note that my client uses the Misys / Open GI system so any experience of using this will be a huge bonus!

Salary for this role is excellent (up to 24k) but you must have experience of personal lines, combined with some high net worth knowledge.
