Personal Injury (RTA) Paralegal Wirral
Progressive Personal Injury team requires an experienced and capable Paralegal for expanding RTA team. The team deal with a large caseload of RTA matters from instruction to litigation and the successful candidate will assist at all stages of the process.
The ideal candidate will have in excess of two years experience in PI/RTA gained as a fee earning paralegal or as part of a larger team handling a shared caseload. You will be proficient in liaising with clients and third parties (insurers, Counsel, solicitors, etc), adept in using the Ministry of Justice portal, valuing injuries and issuing proceedings. The department works to strict quality standards and deadlines and the ability to prioritise and organise workloads is essential.
Salary will be commensurate with previous experience and technical expertise (guideline up to £20,000) and benefits include 5 weeks holidays.
