Personal Finance Manager - Debt Management Advisor – Debt Advisor – Financial Assessor

Harrington Brooks is a successful growing business that can offer career progression and development. A member of DEMSA (Debt Managers Standards Association - monitoring and maintaining high standards in the debt resolution industry).

The Position

You will be responsible for converting leads from our Lead Generation department into new clients on either a Debt Management Plan or IVA.

You will make a detailed financial assessment of the client and after assessing their situation recommend a solution to them that will assist in resolving their financial problems.

Key Skills


  • Experience working in a sales role for a Financial Solutions business is desirable.
  • Objection handling experience is essential.
  • You will be dealing with clients in an undesirable financial position therefore you must be able to empathise with their situation.
  • A drive for customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good attention to detail required.
  • Be flexible in shifts to meet customer demands, business needs and workload.

Salary

Up to £22,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus (OTE of £30,000 - £50,000)

Current Hours

3 shift pattern covering the hours of 9.00 am to 9.00 pm, Monday - Friday
