Salary £17,080 - £24,129 depending on experience

The Role

This is a face to face sales role, selling the unregulated products within the Bank.  This will include selling current accounts, savings accounts, loan products and cross selling insurances. 

The Personal Banking Manager will be responsible for building relationships with the customers and conducting full financial fact finds to establish the customers financial needs. 

Leads will be passed from the Cashiers and the Customer Service desk and there will be an element of walk in business.  However to be successful in this role you will need to be motivated to develop your own leads from business development fact find calls. 

Experience Required

Our client is looking for candidates who can sell in a professional manner and have high standard of customer service skills.  They will consider candidates from any sales background as long as candidates can demonstrate their ability to fact find and have proven sales results. 

Hours of work

35 hours per week

Includes working Saturdays
