Personal Accident & Claims Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Accident and Travel Claims Team Leader to work for a successful Managing agent in their Bishop's Stortford office. Joining an existing team of two you will ensure all claims dealt with by the team in line with company service standards, validate claim payment requests, act as a referral point for staff, communicate professionally with customers, brokers and insurers and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. In order to be successful for this role candidates will need to have team leader experience, relevant experience in personal accident and travel claims handling and good communication and motivational skills.
