The Role
As a Pensions Transfers Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Providing proactive pension administration and ongoing support to the Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and their clients in respect of individual and bulk transfer arrangements
* Undertake pension transfer processing at both individual and bulk level
* Efficient management of own workload to meet Service Level Agreements
* Manage expectations of all interested parties, in relation to servicing clients
* Liaise with providers and internal Finance Department to resolve specific commission and debt queries
* Build relationships with clients, insurers and internal departments
