Pensions Administrator

Pensions Administrator – £16,000-£18,000 - Salisbury - We are looking for a number of bright articulate and enthusiastic candidates with excellent telephone and customer service skills combined with strong administrative experience for our client based in Wiltshire.

Job Role:

• Working for a major Financial Services Company within a small team you will be handling incoming calls from IFA’s – Independent Financial Advisors
• This is a challenging and varied role which requires candidates to multi-task
• In addition you will have to undertake varied pension administration tasks and represent the Company in a professional manner

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be expected to take full ownership for managing work volumes and priorities and to produce work of the highest standards
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with IFA’s, Clients and other Third Parties and act as designated point of contact for a portfolio of IFA’s
• Processing of new business applications and transfers
• Executing trade instructions and transfers / contributions
• Establishing and maintaining Investment Manager Accounts
• Written, telephone and general enquiries
• To provide exceptional customer service

Candidate Skills required:

• Previous experience of working within the Financial Services Industry – ideally the Pensions Industry although any FS experience will be considered
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail & strong numerical skills
• A team player but also able to work independently using your initiative
