An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a leading Pensions services organisation in the West Midlands. My client is looking for a pensions administrator with a minimum of 3 years experience dealing with all pension administration tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Confidently dealing with inbound and outbound telephone queries relating to Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes
- Updating databases and systems with a high level of accuracy
- Processing new entrants
- Processing refunds deferred leavers, retirements, transfers and deaths
- Liaising with HMRC and DWP to reconcile contracted out liabilities
- Performing pensions calculations
- Performing cash flow analysis on schemes
- Preparing quarterly administration reports
- Working towards strict deadlines and SLA's
The salary offered will depend on your level of qualification and experience. Ideally you will have a good understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes and have achieved, or are progressing towards DPC/RPC/APMI qualifications. You You should be IT literate with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
