My client is a closely knit and friendly organisation who have been established within Pension Administration since 1993. Due to organic growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a successful team.

Some of your duties will include:

  • “Cradle to Grave” management of a portfolio of clients
  • Manual and automated benefit calculations
  • Ensure timely communication with clients and their employees and other advisers
  • Liaising with bank and investment managers as appropriate
  • A number of processing and checking duties including pensioner payrolls, calculation of net pay, arranging payments, liaison with tax offices and preparation of year end returns
  • Liaise with authorities including DWP and HMRC,
  • Responsible for researching and developing your own knowledge within pensions
  • Ensuring your work, and the work of your team members is accurate and compliant with procedures and legislation
  • Prepare annual accounts and annual benefit statements
  • Attend client and prospect meetings
  • PPF Administration
  • Working towards targets and within service level agreements
  • Occasional project work

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work effectively as part of a team. QPA/PMI qualifications will be an advantage or equivalent proven experience within Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution administration.
