The successful candidate must have experience in systems training and compiling manuals with a thorough understanding of payroll.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery of instructor-led training at both training suites and Client sites on software and payroll legislation. Design, development and maintenance of training material to meet business objectives. Management of the facilities in the training room, Ensure that training platforms exist for the rapidly changing technical curricula. Evaluation of training provided through course evaluation sheets. Maintaining personal proficiency in both current and new product rollouts. Ensure both payroll and HR legislation knowledge is kept up to date. Course administration and billing using HRIS and training database.
KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
Design and maintenance of training material, creating relevant exercises and examples. Delivery of software, UK taxation, National Insurance and Statutory payments training. Distribution of evaluation sheets in order to assess quality statistics, appraise and submit recommendations. Coordinate on-site training requests with Clients and ensure that the training meets their specification. Maintain the training database to ensure effective course administration. Completion of documentation for billing after the course if appropriate Ensuring knowledge of up to date legislation in HR and Payroll.

Experience of group training of different size groups. Different styles of training. Systems / Technical based training experience
